Description
This is TWO rare test pressings for the upcoming Off With Their Heads / Detournement split 7". One is on black vinyl with a small center hole, the other is on a purplish mixed color vinyl with a large center hole. The mixed color one actually has the songs in the wrong order. These were donated by No Idea Records.
The city of Nashville and its surrounding areas were severely affected by the recent storms and flooding. While United Record Pressing was not directly affected by the flooding, many of our friends and coworkers were. One of those close to us who was most affected was Vernon, a close friend and long time employee of United Record Pressing. Vernon, his wife and three children lost their home to the flood and didn't have flood insurance. You read that right, Vernon lost his entire home. We’ve created Vinyl For Vernon so that all of us who appreciate vinyl and/or use it to pay our bills can give back to someone who’s spent several years making the records you listen too.
100% of the money collected from this auction will go to Vernon and his family to help them start to rebuild their lives.
