Description
On offer is the Soul Bros Inc Northern Soul US Import 7" Single "Pyramid" from 1972.
This is the mega-rare 100% original release of this highly in demand record.
From the slow start and spoken intro this builds into a truly superb midtempo dancer with an amazing deep lead vocal from George Brown that is perfect for today's scene. The B-Side, which is different from the modern re-issue, is an excellent frantic instrumental dancer featuring an early-70s synthesizer and horns in tandem.
This was originally covered up as Mel Britt "Our Love Keeps Growing" and was a monster at Stafford.
There has only been one other copy of this record sold on Ebay worldwide this year and in nowhere near as good condition.
This is the original US Import release on the otherwise unknown Golden Eye label from Houston.
