'THE NONESUCH GUIDE TO ELECTRONIC MUSIC'

  Between 1967 and 1972, Beaver & Krause released five albums together (including this set) which effectively defined the beginning of the New Age Music & Electronica musical movements.

It was Krause who in 1968 demonstrated the Moog synthesizer for the first time to George Harrison. Unknown to Krause, without his permission and expressly against his wishes, a recording was made of that demonstration and an unauthorized version was released by Harrison as one side of his 'Electronic Sound' album the following year.

This box set comprises 2 UK-pressed discs on the 'Nonesuch Records' label: HC 73018 A-D

Also included is a 16-page, U.S. printed booklet describing various aspects of the instrument and its recording.

All the above are contained within a Polydor manufactured hinged box covered by a glossy colour slick.
