Description

Up for auction here is an original Sub Pop red vinyl LP of "Bleach" by Nirvana that has been fully signed by the band. I had this signed, along with several other items, at the Reading festival (1991 if my memory serves me right!). It has been signed by Kurt, Krist and Dave (even though Dave never actually played on the album!). The record itself actaully still has cellophane over the sleeve/jacket (although it has been opened at the side so the record can come out). It also still has the little green sticker in the corner that says "color vinyl". As a result, everything is mint condition and the record has hardly ever been played.

I am starting the auction at quite a low price to try and attract some attention and i am also not bothering with a reserve price.

I will ship this anywhere in the world. Basic rates: £2 in the UK, £4 in Europe, £6 to the US/Canada and £8 elsewhere. I would suggest some sort of insured delivery which would be worked out seperately (probably somewhere in the region of an extra £3). If you have any questions please get in touch.

It has been brought to my attention that the symbol Kurt drew resembles a Mercedeed card badge and not a Peace symbol. I have to agree that it does look more like a Mercedees badge. Why this is? I simply cannot answer. I had six items signed and some of them look like this one and some look more like the Peace symbol. I can only suggest that this is a result of Kurt rushing the signing. Ultimately, i can only offer for auction what he signed on the day and if you are unsure, please do not bid.
