Cover:  VG+  (A little ring edge and spine wear - no seam splits (See Photos)
Record : EX  (Played a few times - There is a series of short scratches on side one - the longest ca. 5 mm and then gradually growing shorter. I have bought it that way in a record shop in 1981. You don´t hear them even with headphones. A little surface noise on the beginning of track 2 side two - else fine.)
Insert : (Neatly glued to black innersleeve. There is writing on it in green felt marker (See Photo)

Notorious in the vast Nurse with Wound catalog, Insect & Individual Silenced was so hated by its creator, Steven Stapleton, that the album went out of print and the master tapes were burned. (allmusic)
