Description

A very hard-to-find vinyl record (Mango 579853-1), given to me by a friend at the record label when I worked at Billboard Magazine in 1990.  It is a showcase of a new wave of Egyptian artists, who blend traditional stylistic elements with a modern danceable style.
I'm not a huge world music fan, but I knew it was culturally important, so I put it away in my archives, where it has remained unopened, untouched & unplayed for 31 years.
It is in absolutely perfect condition, like the day I got it.  Has nice 'hype' sticker and a factory 'promo cut' like you'd expect from a record company copy intended for radio or for record review.
Time now to put it into circulation, to be enjoyed by  someone who truly loves (or wants to explore) the genre.
