Northwind Demo LP

1974 No Label. Incredibly rare demo only LP that will appeal to both Psych and Prog collectors. Only 50 copies pressed for demonstration purposes only. No connection ot the UK band of the same name. Hand written trail off #'s are Side1: '741 Side 1' and Side 2: '741 2'. Includes insert with personnel and song titles.

From the "Lysergia" website: Folky progrock with strong British influences, especially from Jethro Tull. If you're still interested I can add that there's lots of "complex" tempo shifts, long moog solos and troubadorish vocals. Melodic and not overly self-indulgent. (PL)

Progressive trio. Long tracks with swirling keys, lengthy choppy guitar solos, and floating harmonies. Good guitar textures throughout with a mix of muscular electric leads and delicate acoustic stretches.(RM)

Record: VG+ with a feelable mark on side 1 that causes 30 or so random ticks. Not too offensive and this is still a very enjoyable copy of this great rarity.

Cover:VG+. Plain white cover with band name written on the front cover with black felt pen. There is also a name written in black pen on front, and a 2" split on bottom.

REGARDING COMMUNICATION:

An email through Marketworks will be sent at the close of each auction. I will also send an invoice within 3 days if I have not received payment (payment is due within 2 weeks). If the email or invoice don't get through, please write and let me know. International buyers with multiple items please wait for your invoice before sending payment. Payment is due within 2 weeks of close of auction.

If you have less then a feedback total of 10, or have a feedback rating of less then 99%, please contact me by email within 24 hours of purchase or bid to confirm. If you have less then a feedback rating of 10 or a feedback rating of less then 99%, payment is due within one week.

REGARDING SHIPPING:

Due to the recent volume of sales, and to be as efficient as possible, I do not send emails to confirm receipt of payment or shipping date. I do try and ship as quickly as I can, sometimes it can take a week or so to send items out, depending on how many orders I have. Note that media mail can take three weeks from when I receive payment. SURFACE MAIL IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE THROUGH THE US POSTAL SERVICE.

REGARDING FEEDBACK:

I leave feedback about once a month, and I wait to hear that everything is good on the customers  end (and if there is a problem, I will do what I need to do to solve the problem). I always return positive feedback, it may take me a while to get to it. I do not leave feedback first for people who have a history of leaving negative feedback for others or who have low feedback.

Some international orders over $100.00 may be upgraded at my discretion and expense to include tracking or insurance.
