Here it is.  The rarest of the rare NOFX record. 

The sleeve is in VG+ condition.

The vinyl itself is in great shape as well.

This is #290.

Record was limited to 500 copies on black vinyl with a white label on the B side.

Each copy was hand numbered with a drawing or message.

This is from my personal collection.
