Description
Up for auction is an incredibly RARE and long out of print copy of NIRVANA "BLEACH" pressed on RED VINYL. The AUSTRALIAN RED VINYL was extremely limited to ONLY 500 COPIES MADE. "BLEACH" was NIRVANA's first album that pre-dated "NEVERMIND" by two years. This it the original 11 track pressing, not to be confused with the many re-releases containing 13 tracks. The sleeve is the RED variant with SILVER lettering on the front, and RED lettering over a SILVER background on the back. There is no bar code on the jacket. The text on the spine reads NIRVANA "BLEACH" DAMP 114. This record was released in 1989 by WATERFRONT Records under license from SUB POP Records, and has never been re-issued. This incarnation of the band was Kurdt Kobain, Chris Novaselic, Chad Channing and Jason Everman. In Addition, Dale Crover, of MELVINS fame, played drums on "Floyd The Barber" and "Paper Cuts". This is a must have for any early NIRVANA fan.

The matrix numbers in the run-off are all etched (not stamped), and read as follows:
A Side: DMX 71211 ® 2AC (the "A" is crossed out)
B Side: DMX 71212 ® 2C
The sleeve is in EXCELLENT condition with no ring-wear, no seam splits and a faded spine. The vinyl is in NEAR MINT condition with the original shine and NO VISIBLE FLAWS. You will be hard pressed to find any other copy anywhere!!!
Insurance is mandatory and included in the shipping and handling charges for all domestic and international deliveries, which is why the cost is slightly higher. The U.S.P.S. will not insure First Class Mail International, so I do not offer that option. I post all packages within one business day after receipt of cleared payment; however, customs in some countries can cause significant delays in delivery. I am not responsible for any damage in transit. You may rest assured that I pack all records in sturdy media mailers with additional cardboard stiffeners and, if necessary, bubble wrap. I will email the winning bidder a tracking number or customs number as soon as I post the package. I will gladly assist in filing a postal insurance claim in the unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged. Payment via Paypal is due within 7 days of the end of the auction.
