ATTENTION BUYERS AND BIDDERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES:
I can no longer afford to ship First Class International. There is a large number of packages which get lost or damaged during international shipping and, because tracking and insurance are not available with First Class, eBay simply refunds the purchase price and shipping amount to the buyer; a total loss to the seller.
There is also a large community of buyers around the globe who take advantage of eBay's policy by simply claiming they never received their merchandise: they receive a full refund and get their item for free, no questions asked.
All of my packages leaving the United States will be shipped by Priority Mail International which includes tracking and insurance. I have opted out of eBay's Global Shipping Program (which requires Priority) because it does not allow for combined shipping discounts. I will gladly combine shipping on any purchases of two or more items to get you the best rate possible.
