EYE AND EAR CONTROL--Near-Mint/VG+ 1964, 1965, or 1966 Test Pressing Album by the jazz sextet of this name led by Albert Ayler--on ESP-Disk--this music also served as a Soundtrack--the labels and jacket are plain blank white, with hand-written title and label number on jacket front upper left corner and A-side label--both labels have the label number and "A" or "B" designation, as well as the date, "12/2/65"
