Description

This is an auction for a rare LP by, Nazareth, Nazareth.

This was released by Pegasus records in 1971 and has catalogue number PEG10. This is the 1st pressing with a matt sleeve and Pegasus picture label, Porky is also written in the run-of-groove. Please check the pictures for clarification.

Condition: The matt sleeve unusually comes in superb condition, obviously stored in a plastic outer which has stopped the normal discolouring or finger marks one normally finds on matt sleeves. Being ultra fussy as usual I would say that there are a few tiny brown spots just seen in places on the front and rear and the lightest amount of buffing possible to the bottom corners. As I say I am being fussy, the sleeve appears new, ex spine and edges, no fingering indentations to the mouth which is always a good sign of this not being handled or played. Crisp and just about as good as you can find it.

The original patent inner has a little yellowing and very light creasing to the corners but is otherwise fine.

Both labels look clean and brand new, under the closest of examnations I have to say I can not find a single spindle trail, no centre hole is perfect and these labels show no sign of evr being played. As good as you can find them.

The vinyl retains its brand new rainbow shine and looks immaculate, Under a very strong light possibly two tiny feather scratches and a couple of finger marks can be seen, these are of course completely non-audible and as stated only seen under the closest of examinations, being extremely fussy. As you would expect this has mint audio and plays with no lessening in sound quality whatsoever. Played once if at all and looks brand new, as good as you can find it or your money back.

Graded at Near Mint / Mint, down-graded the sleeve for the few tiny brown spots.
