Description

This is a beautiful clean copy of this Money Mark - Mark's Keyboard Repair album on Mo Wax Vinyl. 

The album features a heavyweight gatefold sleeve and printed card inner sleeve. As well as this when I bought the album it had an additional 7" single inside the sleeve which is included in this sale. I can't find info online that this 7" sampler ever came with the album but I will include it here with the album as I got it. 
Discogs list this single as 'Third Version' a 7" sampler and features the songs:  A side-  Sometimes You Gotta Make It Alone (1996 Version).  B side-  Revolt Of The Octopi. The 7" is in NM condition and looks unplayed. 

Condition: I would conservatively grade the vinyl of the album as Excellent+ condition, it looks as if it has hardly ever been played. 

The outer sleeve shows only the slightest signs of age related shelf wear.
