Description

This is the original deep-groove RVG-etched “P”-pressing of Miles Davis “Volume 1” on the Lexington Avenue labels of Blue Note BLP 1501. Other than a small handling mark on Side 1 Track 2 that lightly tics for a few revolutions, the flat rim playing surface is in excellent condition, with a nice luster; perhaps played once or twice. The coated Lexington Avenue frame cover is amazingly clean and bright through- out, with just ½” wear on the bottom seam, at the opening.
