Description

Miles Davis Volume 1 Blue Note 1501  original pressing flat edge RVG and "ear" edition. No "R" on the label. Art Blakey, Jackie McLean, Jay Jay Johnson, Kenny Clarke and Percy Heath the band. This original pressing has a flat edge, has RVG and the "ear" stamped in the dead wax and has a deep groove on both sides of the record. The condition of the record is VG to VG+, they are a few very tiny usage hairlike surface marks and the cover has light age spotting but this is an original Blue Note pressing in otherwise very nice condition, the cover has a piece of tape on the lower part to repair a small seam split. The record is in very good condition and is well worth your bids. Miles and JimmyHeath really go after each other here and this bop music is great.
