Description
Here's a very nice original copy of "Relaxin' with the Miles Davis Quintet," Prestige # PRLP7129B. This is the coveted deep microgroove mono pressing, with "RVG" stamped into the dead wax.
It is in very good condition overall. The jacket is nice, with no markings, price tags, or edge splitting, and no noticable ring wear. The back is nice and white with no yellowing, smoke/H2O damage, etc. The original paper sleeve is a bit torn. The disk is in very good condition, with just a few noticable surface markings...I've seen lots worse! It has a nice sheen and a good 'rainbow' to it. The label is nice and there is no warpage...it feels very chunky, like a modern 180 GM. pressing. It tracks perfectly, with very little background noise. Bid with confidence...this one is a survivor!
Update: looking at the photo of the disk, it appears as though there may be some cellulite looking warpage or pock marks around 2 o'clock...I blame my garbage camera, once again. The record is very nice with no warpage or other defects whatsoever. No worries there.
