There is no sleeve with this single, only a white paper cover. The artist's name and title are hand-written on the back-side of the paper cover. There is no label on either side of this 1-side 7''.

This item shows barely any wear [remarkable condition given the thin paper stock used] and the vinyl is near-mint (I listened to it once after receving it, in order to make sure it was the correct title described).
