This record was picked up at a car boot sale in Lincolnshire, comes with inner and outer sleeve not thought to be the original but record plays both sides start to finish with no issues. Record quality is used but fully playable and audio quality is also good. Please read below before bidding.

Due to certain e bay members trying to scam me out of money and goods, unfortunately I have had to draw up the following terms and conditions to protect my account. I have 100% positive feedback rating and intend to keep it that way. PLEASE READ MY TERMS AND CONDITIONS BELOW BEFORE BIDDING.  

BIDDING:

Terms must be read and are agreed upon before bidding. E bay members with negative feedback who place bids can be removed if I chose to do. If you bid, we take it that you are familiar and fully understand the item you are bidding on. Also, by bidding you fully agree to pay if you win the auction / buy it now.

PAYMENT:

We normally expect payment to be made within three days. (Either by PayPal or Personal Cheque.) We think three days is a fair period of grace to pay. Non-payment will see the item being offered to the second highest bidder in due course.

HYPERLINKING:

We do not allow you to hyperlink or share my auction for scrutiny to third party web sites for debates or reviews. I only wish to deal with the e bay community and therefore the auction and its contents are held within. If you are seen to be promoting my auction in any sense, I will notify e bay and consider this an act to manipulate the auctions outcome. This has happened before.

REFUNDS:

We only sell items in 100% working order and as described, refunds will not be possible once you have bid and paid us unless it is a massive oversight on my behalf. For example, if you buy a Spoon and I send a Fork, I will of course refund you. If my item is not to your taste of smell, shade, persuasion, weight, or any other immaterial detail that you can find cause to complain about – again, you will not be refunded. I do not want to be re-listing the item again or selling to the second highest bidder (unless you have not paid in the first instance). If you do have any problems, e mail me directly FIRST – if you contact e bay first or try to use the paypal block facility. This will be seen as hostile intent and I will make e bay aware that you have read these terms and fully understood them. 

QUESTIONS OR QUERIES:

I’m more than happy to answer any questions you have. Any questions or queries about the item are to be raised before you bid not after. We have had scammers trying to fraud money from us by using e bay case opening & pay pal refunding procedures. Any attempts to scrutinise the auction after it has ended will not be tolerated.

THE AUCTION:

Every detail including the quality of the item will be listed in our auction. What you see is exactly what you get. I ALWAYS test run anything I sell on e bay as fully working. I also encourage you to see any videos of the item close up that I can record and send to you. Please feel free to ask.

SHIPPING:

A shipping company can be specified by yourselves if you wish and this must be stated to us through e bay messages. If you want shipping insurance, this must also be specified before you pay. Otherwise, we will post via Royal Mail postal service in suitable protective packaging. Any loss or damage once item has left us is the responsibility of the courier or postal service and grievances must be taken up with them.
