Please understand that this is a used item. The sleeve has some fairly standard shelf wear. The original inner sleeve is included. The record itself is in excellent condition. I try to grade things conservatively, and while this is not a mint item, it is... swell. (It is difficult to use descriptive terms that aren't precise grades when it comes to records.) 
I know it is becoming increasingly hard to find this classic on wax, and unfortunately it's time for me to part with my beloved - though rarely spun - copy. It seems doubtful this is ever going to see reissue, so if you're interested in owning it, this is a rare opportunity...
