Description

 Up for auction is a rare Direct Cut disc from tape by Professor Johnson on his Privately pressed record label - Reference Recordings ( RR-12 ) in 1983.  This is a live recording made in a concert hall, mixed on the spot, no reverb or overdubbing.  This was a unique recording event, Airto Moreira & Flora Purim came together with The Grateful Deads percussionist - Mickey Hart along with a whole section of Batacada drummers for a celebration of percussion music. It was pressed at 45rpm to get a better sound. THE GLOSSY VINYL IS IN EX+ CONDITION WITH  ONLY LIGHT SLEEVE MARKS AND CLEAN LABELS. THE GLOSSY GATEFOLD COVER IS IN EX CONDITION WITH  NO SEAM SPLITTING OR WRITING. GRAPHICS ARE NICE.  THE VINYL IS HOUSED IN AN AUDIOPHILE INNER SLEEVE.  CLEANED ON A VPI RECORD CLEANER.
