This could very well be one of the rarest “Garage Band” records on eBay. Very little is known about this group.  In fact, this record was not even known to exist before I came across this copy.  I am also quite sure a copy of this record has never been offered for sale.

However, an acetate version of this song made its debut to the world of record collecting on “Lost Souls Volume 1: Garage Psych Unknowns from Arkansas.” Ever since, there have been many questions, and much debate as to who this group is.

I came across this record in my collection, and immediately contacted Harold Ott, the man who compiled “Lost Souls.” He stated that in all of his research, he had never come across a stock copy of the record. We compared the acetate to this record, and found that this version does differ slightly from the one on “Lost Souls,” but that it is the same group / song.

This particular copy came from a group of records that were in a NW Arkansas radio station, somewhere around Fayetteville.

There may not be very many stock copies of this record at all. I imagine most would have been given to local radio stations here in Arkansas, and friends and family of the group.

Sure M44-7 Cartridge, N44-7 Stylus @ 1.5 g (spherical, .7 mil radius,) through Sony MDR - V900 headphones.

This is from my private collection, but it’s time for it to go to another home.
