Vinyl : NM
Sleeve : VG+ (lossless cut - see image above Motown on cover)
Inner Sleeve : just ordinary sleeve
How I grade (vinyl/sleeve)
NM (Near Mint) = Nearly Perfect record.
Vinyl: No visible defects when examined under a bright light.
Sleeves/Label: No obvious signs of wear.
EX (Excellent) = A very clean record.
Vinyl: Slight,superficial signs of wear; but scratch free.
Sleeves/Label: May have slight defects. No significant sleeve creases or splits.
VG+ (Very Good Plus) = Noticeably less than perfect. Looks OK and plays well but may not suit fastidious collector.
Vinyl: Record surfaces may have slight scuffs or light scratches, but are still primarily clean.
Sleeves/Label: Sleeves may have some creases or minor ring wear, but should not be split.
VG (Very Good) = A used, reasonable copy to play.
Vinyl: Upon playing some noise is evident, but plays through OK
Sleeves: May look quite worn but free of tears and splits.
