Meyer Music Box Museum ~ Flame Shellac ~Morrison? Nice
This is an interesting 78 rpm record. It was pressed in Olympia, Washington for the Meyer Music Box Museum. I'm not sure if it was promotional or was sold as part of the museum experience. It is all Christmas music and what makes it unique is that it looks exactly like a Morrison record. These colorful flame pattern 78s were produced in Seattle by the Morrison company. While it doesn't say as much, my guess is that since Olympia and Seattle are just down the road from each other, these were produced by the Morrison company. In any case, it is a beautiful record in near perfect condition and a great wall hanger/conversation piece. If you like colored vinyl/shellac, it doesn't get any more colorful than this.
