Description
The grandaddy of Ride the Lightning releases. This thing weighs almost 10lbs (sorry, you will have to foot the shipping cost!) With 6 CDs, 3 full LPs and a DVD along with lyric book 3 posters and a 72 page book cataloging the 1984-1985 time frame of a pre-Master of Puppets, still young, Metallica who had just signed to Elektra records here in the US. Not many of these are still sealed. Most are opened and there are very few of those for sale as is. This is a very low numbered #5131 out of 30,000. (RtL has sold over 6 Million copies worldwide and only 30k of these were printed worldwide, so that gives you an idea of scarcity.
I lost my job recently so, I'm offloading some of my prized possessions.... this being one of the top items. I'll be sad to see it go whenever it does, but I'm sure a devoted Metallica fanatic such as myself will give it a good home! Cheers!
Extra stuff and disclaimer....
Please check out my other listings for Pokemon, Garbage Pail Kids, Metal LPs (Vinyl/Music records) Video Games and more. I've been selling on Ebay since the very early 2000s and have even made a few friends off of here. Bid with total confidence! Over 25 years of collecting, buying and selling online. I ship super secure on everything. Thanks for looking at my nostalgia either way! :)
P.S. Since I got the question from someone, almost all of my cards are opened from boxes/packs myself and immediately put into penny sleeves and top loaders for any card I think is worth over $10. Once those cards are in the sleeves and top loaders I never take them out or handle them. So, every card you see pictured with a penny sleeve and a top loader has been in there since it was taken out of the pack. I don't remove them even for pictures. The less handling of a card the better and the edge of over 95% of the cards on my page were touched exactly 1 time, to put in their sleeves/loaders. I've been collecting cards for over 25 years. Quality is of the utmost importance.
