Description

Up for bid is my SEALED copy of Metallica's Ride The Lightning LP. This version was only sold to MetClub members and was limited to a strict run of only 1000 copies!

Here is what Metallica put out about the record in August 2010:

"Don't surprises just make life worth while? This Thursday, August 26th at 1:00pm PST Warner Bros. Records and metclub.com each will be holding a one-time sale of 1,000 copies of Ride The Lightning on deluxe blue vinyl!

This limited edition colored vinyl edition comes as a double gatefold, twodisc, 180 gram, 45 rpm version. half-speed mastered from the original analog tapes at Mobile Fidelity for the ultimate listening experience. Only 1,000 copies of this special set were pressed and were never released to retail. Limit 2 per customer."

Check out the pics, I have included a pic of an opened copy I found online so that you can see what the LPs look like however, as stated earlier, this is a SEALED copy!
