Description

I got this record for Christmas 1984, which was a little over a month after it was re-released by Elektra. IT IS NOT A PROMO, let me make that clear. However, the matrix matches that of the Specialty Records promo:


Matrix / Runout (Side A): STE-60396-A-3 1-1 SM 1-2 [SRC logo] MASTERDISK [stamped] HW [script]

Matrix / Runout (Side B): STE-60396-B-3 1-1 MASTERDISK [stamped] HW [script] [SRC logo]


At the time, my habit was to record a record to tape on first listen, then mainly listen to the tape on my Walkman. I may have played it a handful of times after that - I would guess less than 10. I have conservatively visually graded it as a VG+. It could probably use a wet cleaning after 40 years of sitting in my record collection. I have a Disc Washer, but I’m out of fluid, so I will leave that to the buyer. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
