My Kool Kollectibles is very pleased to offer this 1ST EDITION release of Meet The Beatles (Capitol ST-2047), originally issued on January 20, 1964 in the U.S. now over 50 years ago! THIS IS KNOWN AS THE 2ND VARIATION! The second label variation was used for some of the initial copies of the album. This variation lists ASCAP as the performance rights organization for all the songs on the 2nd side and all the songs on the 1st side except for I Want To Hold Your Hand, which is credited to BMI. STEREO Print is tightly spaced. This variation was unconfirmed at the date of publishing of Bruce Spizer's book The Beatles Story on Capitol Records. Indeed, this is an authentic copy. QUITE RARE! Very shiny, very clean...really nice record! The cover is beautiful. VG++ Some over all wear...name written on the back. Otherwise, all seams intact, no stickers and sharp corners!
