Shipping - I currently only ship within the US by media mail. I combine shipping. Additional records are .50 each. When ordering on a PC. put your items in your shopping cart. Look above the items for the "request total" button, click that and I will send an invoice. When using the phone app there is no request button. The only way I can combine shipping in that case is to refund excess shipping cost. I will do that as soon as I can get to my computer. I wish Ebay would fix the app. I am sorry for the inconvenience.
Returns : Please contact me with any issues before leaving feedback, or opening a case with E-bay. I will do my best to make things right. Many of the records I sell are sealed, it is not possible for me to see original manufacturing flaws.
Cut outs : When record companies produced too many of an item, they sold the overstock off cheaply. In order to keep distributors from returning them for full credit they marked them. The easiest way to do this was to drill a hole, cut a corner, or notch the covers. Most new old stock from the old days are "cut outs". Promotional records often had these markings. However this does not mean all cutouts are ''Promo's".
