Description
Marillion - From: Hammersmith Odeon 8-1-86 (M11684) To bad it's only 1 Lp and not the full show. VG recording. The cover and the back of the sleeve are identical with one exception, the front (as seen in pic #1) has a glossy finish. On the back (pic 2), you can see at the bottom what looks like tape or something, it is the glossy material they used on the front that wraps around and stops. Pic #2 shows up better because it's not glossy (I've seen this photo of the band before and thanks to some "touch up" ie. airbrushing? they have never looked prettier!!) *There are 3 minor creases on the front that are hardly visible and the vinyl is mint. I haven't seen many of these around and i'm not sure what the print run was....
Please check my other auctions for a few other EARLY MARILLION items (I hope to be putting up some other really cool LIVE LP’s soon… I’ve had some issues installing the program for my USB turntable on my new operating system, so I can’t part with most of them until I can get a direct vinyl recording!!) But until then I will offer up what I can to the “oldie” Marillion fan!! *I am a collector of Records & cd’s, books, comics, cards, stamp sheets and FDC’s, pogs :o) and even some nice Japanese Pokemon cards that I collected with my daughter (the vending sheet cards were awesome!) And I have been buying, selling and trading worldwide for about 35 years and take it very seriously (please check my feedback) I feel a good item description is just as important (if not more!) as a few decent pictures. I also pride myself on superior packaging to make sure you get the item in the condition that was described. Everything will be shipped well protected IN A BOX unless it a small flat item that would still be placed between cardboard if shipped in a bubble type mailer.
