Very sought-after and hard to find debut 7" single by Marc Bolan "The Wizard", on the Decca label, catalogue number F.12288
This is undoubtedly the 1965 original and genuine and definitely not a facsmile or bootleg.
This copy has been well played and as such has numerous light surface marks on both sides, if anything more worn on the B side than the A side. However, there are no significant or deep scratches and as such this single plays through both sides without skipping or sticking. Apart from some noticeable surface noise at the very beginning of each side this single plays great, making it, in my opinion a VG graded copy.
I will post this item tracked, signed and insured to anywhere in the world, however please be aware that the price will be considerably more than for an ordinary 7" single, and will depend on the final price that this achieves at auction. You are also most welcome to pick this up from me in person from my shop in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.
Finally, if it's a perfect or near perfect copy of this single, you will undoubtedly be disappointed with this one, and although I will always refund dissatisfied customers on receipt of the returned item, I would obviously prefer you to be happy with your purchase from the off. However, if you are looking for a very good playable example of one of the most hard-to-find releases by one of the great British rock legends, then this is the auction for you - happy bidding!
