Up for grabs is this long deleted and now hard to find self-titled vinyl album by Manfred Mann Chapter Three. This was the third release on the Vertigo swirl label in 1969 and is housed in the original unlaminated gatefold sleeve and original poly-lined swirl inner sleeve. This copy has a large swirl above the spindle hole with 'Vertigo' at the bottom of the label. It does not have the 'Philips Record Product' text below it. First pressings have the Philips text; this copy is a second pressing dating from 1970. The catalogue number is VO 3 / 847 902 VTY.

Condition

The vinyl is in Very Good condition.

The labels are in Excellent condition, clean and bright with clear, perfect printing and only a few light spindle marks. There is still a bit of excess vintl around the spindle hole.

The poly-lined Vertigo inner sleeve is in Very Good condition. It has slight age discolouration and a small tear at the top left corner.

The unlaminated gatefold cover is in Very Good Minus condition as it does have some wear and rubbing (see pics) but no tears. The spine is complete with some wear, mainly at the top and bottom (see pics) and with clear printing.

All my vinyl records are strictly graded according to Record Collector magazine's grading system. Please check my GRADING GUIDE to see a description of each grade. If any item has any writing, stickers, sticker marks, tears etc these will always be mentioned along with the grading. All records are sent in custom-made mailers, with stiffeners, and are packaged outside their sleeves to prevent edge splits.
