on rare limited edition original 'Townhouse'1st pressing UK LP in textured picture sleeve with printed die cut poly lined 'Factory' inner sleeve & paper labels

Released on Factory Records FACT50 in 1981

The condition of the vinyl is near mint.

The outer sleeve is in excellent condition with no ring wear and only some minor ruffling and creasing near the top of the open side.

The inner sleeve is also in excellent condition with only some minor ring wear.
