PLEASE CONSIDER THAT IN THESE EBAY AUCTIONS I USE A STRICT RECORD COLLECTOR MAGAZINE GRADING SYSTEM THAT CAN'T DISAPPOINT ANYONE BUT THIS DOESN'T MEAN THAT ,FOR EXAMPLE, A VG+ COVER OR A VG+ VINYL IT'S EQUIVALENT TO "BAD CONDITIONS" BUT SIMPLY THAT MY GRADE IT'S STRICT AND PROBABLY EQUIVALENT TO AN EX OF SOMEONE ELSE WITH NOT A SO STRICT GRADE. I HAVE SOLD IN THESE AUCTIONS EX- RECORDS THAT WERE SURELLY M- COPIES BUT I PREFERE TO BE STRICT TO AVOID ANY DISAPPOINTEMENT BECAUSE I TAKE GREAT CARE OF MY REPUTATION.
Record Collector Magazine Grading System MINT The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
graded VG+/VG+ for a strict Record Collector magazine grading system
label: the original green label with ZSLN 55153 as catalogue number i's in perfect condition without spindle marks around the centre hole so EX. It does have the original circular SIAE stamp on side one.
cover: the cover it's matt and it's VG+ because does have a general wear on front with a beginning of ring, spine wear it's present too and on the back the black background it's very prone to the ring wear and this copy too have this defect but it's not so bad ...just a beginning and not complete. There's an old sticker on back but I don't try to remove it because I believe it it's here to mask a removed sticker tear but I can't be sure of this. This is one of the most delicate sleeve in the italian progressive records market and I did not have see this lp in EX shape in all my life and this is sincerelly the best cover I have see of this lp.
vinyl: the vinyl does have some 2/3 marks plus some light stains probably caused from the inner sleeve. These marks are not deep and does not cause serious problems but there's some crackling here and there in the rares quieter passages but these does not interfere too much with the sound and just for moments not minutes. In the last track of side 1 there's some clicks and minor crackling but due the nature of music you can't hear this light problems just for some seconds. More that 90% of this lp plays as an EX but a serious grade can't be more than VG+ for a strict valutation but this is absolutelly a totally enjoyable copy of a really rare item so please don't believe that it's a bad copy but please understand that I'm grading it strictly..
review: This is one of the best seventies italian albums if you like the electric guitar domination because Alberto Radius it's surelly the best italian guitarist of the seventies and has been considered one of the best of the continent. He it's very inspired by Jimi Hendrix as many others in Italy in that period (like Bambi Fossati of Garybaldi for example) and his music in this lp it's completelly under the best Jimi inspiration, but with much more acid jazz rock contamination like in the magnificent long track "Area" . In this lp he play Jam sessions along with the italian best musicians of the period so you can't find nothing better believe me. It's a very rare album especially in decents conditions because it's very hard to find in nice playables conditions and this copy it's absolutelly decent so...don't miss!
