This is the famous CONFESSIONS REMIXED compilation by Madonna, which was pressed in limited quantities in 2005. It's very rare. I purchased this copy at Tower Records in NYC when it was first released. It was only played once, but has some slight wear on the outer sleeve from over the years - see pictures. The records themselves appear to be in perfect condition
