Mr. Ruckuz--The Verdict--Madd Versatile MVR 211.  Very rare original 1998 random rap album from Baltimore.  Vinyl is still sealed in its original shrinkwrap, so the vinyl is unplayed.  The generic black cover has a crease on the upper left corner and a partial 3/4" seam split(under the shrinkwrap) at center of top seam.  Much-sought after and very seldom seen rap collectible on a small independent Baltimore label.  There will be no returns for this item unless it is returned in its original sealed condition.
