Mott The Hoople, self-titled debut LP..... this is the rarer 'mispress' issue, where the sleeve & labels list 'Backsliding Fearlessly' as the last track on side one, but the disc actually plays 'Road To Birmingham'.....whereas, the first track on side two is NOT 'Rock n Roll Queen' as stated on the sleeve & label, but (I think!) 'Backsliding Fearlessly'..... UK Island ILPS 9108 pink label FIRST PRESSING, 1969, with disc matrix numbers ending in just 'A' & 'B'. The gatefold sleeve has light wear only, with mostly clear spine text & a very clean inside cover..... the ROUGH-TEXTURED labels are very clean, with perfectly clear text..... the disc has moderate marking - plays mostly fine, EX in parts, with just some surface noise here & there, but no sticks or jumps.... a decent original copy of this rare LP.
