Comes in its original plain white die-cut sleeve. Record has plain white labels with only catalogue numbers stamped on each side.

(This one I don't know quantity for sure...but in keeping with pressing runs of other test pressings at the same time, I'd assume there were either only 4, or 6, of this made.)
