Description
This is a pre-order item. It is due to be released on 13 April 2015.
Originally released in 1996, Interstate 8 was Modest Mouse’s second EP, and has become something of a holy grail among the cult indie hero’s fanbase.
Now, the long out-of-print record is finally being reissued, and thus made available to those outside the hardcore band of collectors and folks with bottomless pockets.
A half-and-half affair, the EP itself is split between studio recordings and Live in Sunburst Montana: the group’s very first set of demos, recorded in Isaac Brock’s Washington garage.
Whether you’re plugging the gaps in your Modest Mouse collection, or seeking an insight into their early years, Interstate 8 comes highly recommended.
