Description

MOBY
'MOBY 18'
Extremely RARE original 1st pressing copy from 2002
2* VINYL LP
Collectable - there are not many original copies still around.
Please note this is being sold as "used" and Good+/VG condition (Cover/Vinyl)
I have graded as VG overall for both the vinyl and cover. Some tracks would certainly be classed as VG+/excellent but there are a few occasions there are small light background crackles (mainly only before/between tracks) which makes me give it VG overall. I have played all tracks loud through a high end system to test before listing.
The cover is also Good+/VG but not perfect (there are a few small marks) - I have tried to show as much as possible in the pictures - I can upload more or send more pictures if required.
I have collected vinyl for a long time (often buying multiple copies) and will be starting to sell a few more of my older classic albums.
Please see my feedback to buy with confidence - I will communicate as soon as payment is received, once it is packaged and sent which will be within 1 working day of receiving payment.
This will be packaged very securely using the strongest vinyl packaging (including multiple stiffeners) and fragile stickers will be applied all over.
Some info:

After the unexpected commercial and critical success of his previous album, Play (1999), Moby started to write songs for a follow-up during it’s supporting tour. For “18” Moby used fewer samples and brought in guest vocalists including Azure Ray, MC Lyte, Angie Stone, and Sinead O’Connor. Many of the songs have been used in TV/Movies, to take one example “Extreme Ways” - The track is notably used at the conclusion of all five of the Bourne identity movies. The song was also significantly featured in multiple seasons of the Korean game show, The Genius. The song was also used on Fox animated series The Simpsons episode “Bart vs. Itchy & Scratchy”.
