Description
Prestige 7054
Vintage mono pressing collects pre-lp sides by Miles with small groups that include Charles Mingus, Max Roach, Art Blakey, Horace Silver and Kenny Clarke.Sound is warm and full-bodied.
Vinyl is VG+++* overall, with high gloss and a couple of light handling marks. There are also two very small, fine scratches about 1/8 of an inch long that cause brief popping at the end of "That Ole Devil Moon" and beginning of "Smooch."
Laminated cover is in excellent condition. There is a split less than an inch long on the bottom and small tear near the opensing side on the back. There is also a signature and ringwear on the back
Deep groove yellow and black labels have a signature on Side B and are otherwise clean (see photos below).
RVG is hand etched in the dead wax.
Includes stock Prestige sleeve.
