Description

Incredibly rare private press , acoustic / folk lp here.  Mike Welch "Renovations" LP on vinyl.   ORIGINAL US PRESSING!!!  Released on Welchy Grape Records in 1981.  A tiny Massachusetts based label owned by the artist himself I am guessing.   Pressed in very small numbers.  10 tracks in all on one vinyl lp.    Real hard to find.  This is theonly copy I have ever seen.   Vinyl and pic cover are both EX-.   Buyer agrees to pay within 7 days of auctions end with paypal (if international buyer can only use paypal that means you also Canada). No Exceptions!!!!
