All of our records are stored upright in a clear plastic sleeve and at room temperature in a smoke free environment. No damp, hot, or stacked storing conditions for any of our records. However, despite the amount of care taken by us at OUTOFPRESSVINYL in storing our NEW records, there is always the possibility of bad storage or handling prior to us receiving them. For this reason we will not be able to accept returns of any NEW records that have been opened and are defective in any way. Most of the time if a record is warped it is due to improper cooling time after press before they are sleeved. We take great care in handling, packaging, and shipping to avoid any damage to our records (see Shipping details below). We do our best to accurately describe the condition of our records so you can know exactly what you are buying. Thank you for your time.

-All records will be shipped in the proper sized mailers with two corrugated cardboard record pads.
-We offer USPS Media Mail or USPS Priority Mail shipping services.

-If you are purchasing a used or opened record we will ship your item packaged in the following order (from the bottom up):
Appropriate sized record mailer, corrugated cardboard pad, record cover, record, record sleeve, corrugated cardboard pad, sheet of bubble wrap(if needed to fill space in mailer). The mailer will then be folded and taped up. The record cover, record, and record sleeve are placed in a complimentary clear plastic sleeve before packaging.
Note that packaging order may vary depending on circumstances like x2 LP, Gatefold, etc.
-Inform us at the time of purchase if you would like the record shipped any different from the above description

Used or open items must be returned in the exact same condition they were received.
