METALLICA Original Vinyl Picture Disc

RIDE THE LIGHTNING  

2nd album originally released in 1984 this is the Music For Nations picture disc from 1986. UK first press. 

Side A: fight fire with fire / ride the lightning / for whom the bells toll / fade to black 

Side B: trapped under ice / escape / creeping death / the call of kutulu 

MFN 27 P 

Matrix A: MFN - 27 corrected B to A1 ORLAKE etched run off. 

Matrix B: MFN - 27 B1 ORLAKE etched run off.

Vinyl plays through with no skips or jumps, surface noise in places & tics in quieter bits. Light scuffs, light marks, light scratches. Not a minter but plays through cranked up well so not a bad one either.. Wall art? Iconic album would be great framed. 

General UK record collector grading of VG

Superb 2nd album from Metallica..

All records unless otherwise stated are properly play tested & inspected under a bright halogen lamp. I use the standard UK record collector grading system appreciating that opinions differ. I never add more than one + or - to my gradings & never grade a record as M unless it's new or sealed. Vinyl graded first then inner / outer sleeve  posters etc.

Comes in new PVC protective sleeve and when printed inners are present then new anti static inner is provided for safer transit.
