METALLICA: Death Magnetic 2X LP RARE Mis-press unplayed

  This auction is for a brand new mis-pressed METALLICA: Death Magnetic double LP.

  This is a very rare mis-pressed version, and features two side 2's on the album!

  When this album very first came out, someone at the pressing plant accidentally loaded a side 2 pressing plate onto the presses twice!

  The result is side 1 is actually side 2-complete with the side 1 labels on it!

  If you look closely at the auction's 2nd picture, you can see the album has a label for side one (3 tracks), but the vinyl itself only has 2 tracks on it!

  The other three side are labeled and pressed correctly.

  So basically side 1 is actually side 2 with side a 1 label, side 2 is side 2 with correct label, side 3 is side 3 with correct label, and side 4 is side 4 with the correct label.

  This screw-up was almost immediately found out, and most of the mis-presses were gathered up and destroyed.

  Only a handful of them made it out of the plant and out for sale!!

    Vinyl is in perfect condition and has NEVER been played...record was only opened to check to see if it was one of the mis-pressed versions or not!

  Sleeve is also in mint condition in the original shrinkwrap and with the original bullet (sticker) still on the shrinkwrap in the upper laft corner of the front of the album.

  I hate to see this one go....but I can't collect everything (although it seems like I am trying) and I need to make room.
