THE RECORD CONDITION IS A NICE VG ++ M- THE COVER IS IN A NICE CRISP CONDITION, NO SPLIT SPINES ON COVER, THERE ARE A FEW SHORT CREASES AT LEFT SPINE ON FRONT COVER, ALSO A SMALL SLOT FOR CREDIT RETURN LEFT SIDE NEAR TOP.
