Original first and only French pressing on "ARION "30 T O 79. FROM 1969 MELMOTH is the pseudonym used by the French Underground poet and musician DASHIELL HEDAYAT ( also a pseudonym) . The real name of the man is JACK-ALAIN LEGER . if you like weird and way out recording this is for you. MELMOTH recites his verses and tries to sing over a disjointed background of Folk, P sych , Jazz music .all quite loose and insane but never the less intriguing. pure lunacy committed to vinyl. an important album of the French Underground scene.
