Description

This sale is for a copy of "Deeds, Not Words" by Max Roach. This is from 1968 on Riverside RS-3018. This comes with the original inner sleeve. The players are Max Roach (drums), Booker Little (trumpet), George Coleman (tenor sax), Ray Draper (tuba) & Art Davis (bass). The songs are "You Stepped Out Of A Dream", "Filide", "It's You Or No One", "Jodie's Cha-Cha", "Deeds, Not Words", "Larry-Larue" & "Conversation (unaccompanied drum solo)".

  • Cover : The cover is in NM- condition with a small bb-hole near the lower left corner & a light push to 2 corner tips but otherwise looks new. Super nice with solid seams & strong corners. *****PLEASE NOTE***** In the photo below, the spot at the bottom of the cover is from the flash of my camera. This is NOT on the cover. Flash only.


  • Vinyl : The vinyl shines like new with all of its original gloss & is in NM- condition on both sides with a couple of very light surface scuffs.


  • Labels : The labels are in NM condition.
