Description

Hi There, Up for auction is an Electro Rap/House 12" VINYL RECORD of MATT WARREN - "ROCK THE NATION" on Alwan Records from 1985. Amazing, Classic Electro House on this Small Indie label out of Chicago produced by Mike Garcia and Matt Warren and Remix by Kenny Jason. Vinyl is in Very Good + with plenty of original luster and just showing some very light paper scuffs with NO affect on play. It's got a very slight wobble (more like a tiny dip in one small spot at the very beginning of the record) that's only noticable at the very beginning of both sides with some very light noise only in that spot for about the first 10 seconds on each side. Not bad at all and does NOT cause the needle to jump but I just thought it should be mentioned so there are no surprises. Other than that, the record plays flawlessly. It sounds worse than it really is, have a listen to the sound sample taken directly from the record to hear the quality. I'm sure the winner will be very happy with the record. Labels are Clean with a promo stamp on side A (please see scans) & Record will come in its Original plain white sleeve.

Vinyl Grading

Vinyl grading will always be on the conservative side and I'm sure that everyone will be very happy with it.  Below you will find my grading scale. Sometimes a (+) or (-) will be used for an in between grading.

Mint - Still sealed and in original plastic. A record that has never been opened.

Near Mint - A record with either no apparent play or very rarely played.  At most a couple of very light scuff marks that will never affect play.

Excellent - A record that may have some light surface scuffs that will not affect play.  Still a very well taken care of record.

Very Good - A record with some visible wear but never abused. The record could have a minor click or pop but never any serious deterioration in sound quality.

Good - A record with visible wear with many scuff marks which may or may not affect play. The record will never have any skips. I will not sell any records with a lower grade than this.
