MASTER'S HAMMER was an influential Black Metal act dating back to the early 80's. MASTER'S
HAMMER first came to attention with their 'Finished' demo of 1988, 'The Mass' demo in 1989, followed up
by 'The Fall Of Idol' tape. MASTER'S HAMMER's first album, 'Ritual', was released solely in zechoslovakia
in 1991 selling over 25,000 copies. A tribute album to the band, compiled by Redblack Productions,
emerged in 1999, featuring cover versions by such acts as ASMODEUS, SILENT STREAM OF GODLESS
ELEGY, SAD HARMONY, DARK GAMBALLE, FLESHLESS, PROMISES, DISSOLVING OF PRODIGY,
INSANIA, HYPNOTIC SCENERY, INGROWING, FORGOTTEN SILENCE, ENDLESS and ENTRAILS. The
MASTER'S HAMMER demo sessions Ritualni Vrazda', 'Finished', 'The Mass', 'Fall Of Idol' and 'Live In
braslav' would be issued as a single package double CD album by Redblack Records in the Autumn of
2002.
