Description

Absolutely stunning first UK issue copy of MARTHA & THE VANDELLAS with "QUICKSAND" on the UK STATESIDE imprint SS 250 and backed with "DARLING, I HUM OUR SONG", two great tracks on one disc!  

This copy is in the best condition you could possibly find and is no question a strong mint minus. It plays Superbly with just the barest hint of crackle on the lead-in and run-out groove, almost unnoticeable. This copy has the 4-prong centre intact and still retains its original company bag. Labels are spotless on both sides with just the lightest of spindle rub (see scans). It's been in my collection for more than 30 years and has finally been replaced by a 'demo' copy in the same condition. Currently valued at £55 in the 2014 RRPG and a small discount to that is offered on the starting price. Not cheap but then again, the best never is. You'd be hard pressed to find a better copy!
